Technology Today

Good day to you,

This is my first blog post discussing the constantly changing world or Technology and its affect on our life. I am a firm believer in the ability of small inventions to have a large impact in our life over a sustained period of time. I heard a saying once that I still hold onto today, “Technology is everything that was invented after you were born.” I like that. I don’t ever remember feeling that the ability to print books was a technology. My children won’t have the sense that the World Wide Web is a “technology.” Technology pushes the envelope. It makes us excited. Tech, is what we hope for and wait impatiently for. Most of you reading this know what it feels like to wait for that new gadget to finally show up in stores. You know that feeling, when you read about that new technology in a magazine or online article that causes your imagination to soar. You begin to picture yourself with the new piece of technological genius invading your life. Changing your life from top to bottom. Altering the way that you interact with people and the way you keep your schedule. Tech changes us. So I invite you to journey with me. Leave me your comments and thoughts.
